Think Pink (& Spring)

I'm celebrating the coming of March with some springy colors.  What better to wear than pink jeans?  The cardigan is actually menswear.  The handbag is a few years old, but I love that it does-but-doesn't-quite match the cardigan.

Rockin Sailor

I'm still not sick of nautical striped shirts.  Originally I wanted to wear this one with a black half sweatshirt over it, but I thought that would be too boring. I wore this jacket instead to add some color.  And kept the rest of the outfit simple, black.

There's a Cowl on My Neck

As you may have noticed, I love blue & brown together.  So here's another outfit with that color combo.  Instead of boots, which I am definitely getting bored of at this point in the winter, I decided to wear my Dansko Mary Janes with socks.  I chose this necklace because it pulls the brown/gold color of the pants.

Unlikely Duo

Having this blog has definitely challenged me in thinking of new ways to wear my clothes.  So this outfit consists of a summer dress underneath an extra long button down blouse that I normally wear in the fall & spring.  I had tried layering on top of this with a short khaki colored denim jacket, but that look did not work, I think this does.

This cardigan actually matches the dress I wore last week in the post Daytime Disco.  I decided to layer it with a long sleeve shirt because it's thin.  The not so matchy scarf has both gray and gold in it  - same as the cardigan. The blue jeggings are a little more interesting than plain black.
