Mani-Pedi-Maxi

Hi!  I wore this maxi skirt when I got a mani-pedi at http://www.cherivosssalon.com/.  This salon is beautiful and so relaxing.  And, by the way, I practically live in this denim jacket.  It's a great layering piece.

Maxi Skirt:  Max Studio bought from Marshalls in Jersey.  www.maxstudio.com
Tank TopEsprit bought at Sam's Club a few years ago in a pack of 3 (black, white, peach).  www.samsclub.com
Jean JacketIndigo Rein bought from Marshalls in Kingston.  This jacket is a must-have for me!  https://www.facebook.com/Indigorein
ClogsNo. 6 Store given to me by my husband.  Love!!  http://no6store.com/
HandbagMichael Kors bought from Macy's.  www.michaelkors.com
ManiCND Shellac in "Fedora" done by Conchi from Cheri Voss.  Amazing!  This is only the 2nd time I've gotten shellac done in a year, sometimes it's nice to not have to worry about a manicure chipping for 2 weeks.  http://www.cherivosssalon.com/
PediRGB in "Deep" done by Conchi from Cheri Voss.  All of their polishes (except for the shellac) are toxin-free!  They have the following brands:  Zoya, Butter, & RGB.  http://www.cherivosssalon.com/

Polished Professional

Hi!  Although I don't work over the summer, I do have to go in from time to time.  So I wore this outfit last week as the interviewer.  I think either as the interviewer or interviewee, you should always dress to impress on a job interview.

PENCIL SKIRT:  Grass Collection bought from Marshalls last spring.  Love the white stitching detail.  http://www.grassclothing.com/
TANK BLOUSEMossimo from Target.  I love to mix patterns like this one with the pattern on the bolero jacket.  www.target.com
BOLERO JACKETLoft bought a few years ago.  I like that it's still a jacket, but not a typical suit jacket.  www.loft.com
BELTH&M bought this past spring, which came in a pair with a brown braided belt.  Cheap & adds that little extra somethin' somethin'.  www.hm.com
PEEP TOE HEELSNine West bought from the Tanger outlet in Riverhead, Long Island.  Got 'em in beige too.  www.ninewest.com
HANDBAGCoach bought from ebay through the Coach outlet.  This was a bit of a splurge for me, although I got it for $198, retail price = $498!  (As if!)  I couldn't resist, the color is "Ginger Beet".  Love it!  www.ebay.com

FYI-Belt & bag do NOT have to match!

Pink-N-White Kinda Night

Good evening.  I wore this out last night for cocktails with my ol' school girlfriends.  Got to hang with one of my dear friends who was in town from the west coast.

JeansStandards and Practices bought from Sorella in Woodstock.  Probably only the 2nd time I've worn jeans this summer.  Girly, bright, fun!  http://www.standardsandpractices.net/Home.html or www.sorellaofwoodstock.com
CamisoleJackpot bought years ago from a Woodstock store that is no longer in business.  www.jackpot.dk
Necklace:  Bought from a consignment shop in Stuart, Florida.
SandalsSteve Madden bought from Sam's Club for $9.81.  (Wore these in the last post.)  www.stevemadden.com
HandbagMichael Kors bought from Macy's.  In case you haven't noticed already, this is definitely my go-to summer bag.  www.michaelkors.com

Friday Night Retro

Happy Saturday!  So last night I went to "First Friday" in Saugerties.  It was great to see the small town I grew up in hoppin' & poppin'.  A big difference from when I was little.

Skirt:  H&M bought for $17.95 back in March.  It reminds me of a 1960s stewardess.  I think the length is too short for work, but okay for play.  www.hm.com
T-ShirtMaxStudio bought from Marshalls. I really wish I had bought 2 of these, love the fit & feel.   www.maxstudio.com
SandalsSteve Madden bought at Sam's Club this passed week for $9.81.  I thought since the length of the skirt was on the shorter side, I needed to balance it out with flats instead of heels.  www.stevemadden.com
HandbagMichael Kors bought from Macy's.  www.michaelkors.com
