No Rules

I got this skirt on clearance at Target for $6.88.  It's fully lined.  I love pairing red, black & the white together.  Although some may disagree, there really are no more rules in fashion, white after Labor Day is okay, pastels in the winter - go for it.  This is the first time I've used this purse before Memorial Day.  I am a rebel.
